A new event in Casablanca, blending gastronomy, design, and conversations. September 17 & 18, 2026 at 7:30 PM Villa Sahrai - L’Aragosta (rooftop) Two exclusive evenings featuring an apéritif, welcome cocktail, and a 6-course tasting menu crafted by chef Sayaka Sawaguchi around the concept "SHIO - 汐", meaning "salt" in Japanese—a simple starting point shared by the Japanese coasts and the Moroccan Atlantic. The dinner will be punctuated by a Japan-inspired conversation with the duo Aïcha Mezzour and Oscar Aguila from Studio Symbiozz. Drinks are included throughout the evening (signature cocktails & mocktails, wine selection, floral infusions, and waters). Very limited seating - reservation required.
